Advisory Board

With over two decades of experience in marketing and advertising, I’ve built a career driving transformational strategies for some of the most iconic brands in hospitality, gaming, finance, and entertainment. From the Las Vegas Strip to national campaigns, my passion lies in building high-performance marketing teams, launching bold brand initiatives, and delivering measurable results.

My career began as a Graphic Production Artist at the Las Vegas Review-Journal, followed by military service as a U.S. Army Veteran of Foreign War. Upon returning home, I joined CMS, Inc., a casino gaming manufacturer, where I honed my industry insight before embarking on a 15-year journey with MGM Resorts International. During my time with MGM, I held key marketing leadership roles at premier properties including Treasure Island, Bellagio, Mandalay Bay, and Luxor, ultimately serving as MGM Resorts International Corporate Vice President of Marketing Operations. In this role, I led enterprise-wide initiatives across 22 resorts nationwide—launching national brand campaigns, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, opening Delano Las Vegas, and pioneering MarTech innovations such as mobile check-in and digital key access.

I later joined Virgin Hotels Las Vegas as Chief Marketing Officer, where I spearheaded the launch of the brand’s first fully integrated resort in collaboration with Virgin Group. This included leading a nationwide advertising campaign to introduce VHLV to the Las Vegas market.

Most recently, I served as CMO at Dollar Loan Center, overseeing marketing, sponsorships, and FinTech strategy while supporting regional expansion. I then led branding and marketing at PrairieFire Nevada, a 550-acre outdoor shooting destination inspired by elite Special Operations training.

Today, as President and Chief Marketing Officer of CBA Professional Marketing Services, I offer fractional CMO leadership to businesses seeking to accelerate growth. I specialize in strategic planning, marketing team development, customer acquisition, and performance-driven brand execution across diverse verticals.

I hold a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. I’m proud to serve as President of the Board of Trustees for Olive Crest Nevada and contribute to my community as a graduate of the MGM Resorts Executive Leadership Institute, an alumni member of the Super Bowl LVIII Host Committee, and Executive Committee Member of the SRS Distribution Las Vegas Bowl.
