AI, But Make It Practical
Recap by: Lynnea Smith
On March 12, 2026, LVIMA members gathered at R&R Partners for a forward-thinking breakfast centered around a productive and honest conversation about the role of AI in marketing. The panel, AI, But Make it Practical, was moderated by Mike Toma, Senior Client Partner at Infillion. Panelists included Valerie Andari, Media Supervisor, Good Apple; Kristen Santero, VP, Digital Marketing & Fan Development, Vegas Golden Knights; and Suken Shah, Founder, Envision Marketing.
Attendees had the opportunity to hear from an established panel of marketers who shared how they are actively integrating AI into their daily workflows. Each panelist offered their own perspective, highlighting how AI has enhanced their marketing strategies, improved efficiency, and the challenges they’ve encountered along the way.
“Don’t be afraid to use AI, but learn how to use it collaboratively so you can create insights that feel true to your brand and your agency, rather than something automated.”
Valerie Andari, Media Supervisor, Good Apple
With AI continuing to evolve and shape the industry, one major takeaway from this panel was that AI is not here to replace marketers. Instead, it serves as a tool to support marketers in thinking more creatively, working more efficiently, and discovering ideas they may not have reached on their own.
