Nadya Rousseau is the founder and CEO of Alter New Media, a growing marketing and media company. Launched initially as a marketing and PR firm, the company has evolved into a growing ecosystem housing tech-enabled marketing and PR solutions, an influencer talent board, and purposeful partnerships.

With no formal marketing, PR, or business background, Rousseau bootstrapped Alter New Media from the ground up, scaling it into a seven-figure company that has served over 1,000 clients worldwide, while driving growth for global events like NFT LA and Fashinnovation NYC. She has secured national media placements for clients such as Collette Divitto, a young entrepreneur with Down syndrome, and played a pivotal role in helping StartEngine founders raise seven-figure funds.

Her work has been featured in Forbes, CNBC, Voyage LA, and Honeysuckle Magazine, and she has worked with Emmy-nominated hosts and pioneering entrepreneurs. Through Alter New Media, Rousseau specializes in go-to-market strategies, brand development, and influencer partnerships, helping brands scale their visibility while making a meaningful impact.

In 2024, Rousseau was honored by the Lieutenant Governor of Nevada for her contributions to the Las Vegas entrepreneurial ecosystem, alongside Alter New Media co-founder Lauren Jones, through her work with Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) Vegas. She was also recognized by the Audre Lorde Foundation for her advocacy and leadership.

A sought-after speaker, Rousseau has shared her insights at Outer Edge LA, Female Empowerment Summit, Las Vegas Startup Week, Influence & Profit Live, and BE You Brand, empowering entrepreneurs and brands with strategies for growth and influence.

Rousseau is dedicated to scaling Alter New Media into a growing ecosystem that will one day evolve into a holding company, to influence the culture of Las Vegas and beyond effectively. Her commitment to innovation and financial empowerment recently led her to join the Nevada Department of Education Financial Literacy Council, where she contributes to shaping financial education initiatives in the state.
