If you could pass on words of wisdom to someone in the beginning stages of their career, what would you share with them?

Success comes when preparation meets opportunity, and there is no substitute for hard work. If it was easy, everyone would do it. The hard is what makes it great.

How do you balance your personal life and work life?

I force myself to set aside time for fitness, family, friends, fun, and fulfilling activities.

The events are great, but my favorite part of LVIMA are special people that have turned it into more than a marketing association, but more like a family.
