As a Las Vegas native, Candelario was exposed to the various aspects of managing a bustling hospitality and service industry on a grand scale at an early age. Beginning as early as high school he had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn directly about hospitality, marketing, banquets, and business management. Throughout his education this passion for management and marketing grew and he even secured the prestigious Golden Marketer Award while attending Northwest Career & Technical Academy. In this program he was honing his leadership and management skills being tasked with running multiple banquets through a collaboration with the culinary program.
Candelario advanced his entrepreneurial and business management mastery through courses and experience gained at UNLV. Taking advantage of the opportunities to expand his social event engagement, event management, and team management skills, his portfolio grew exponentially. His current role is banquet management for Masterpiece Cuisine is a way to put his unique skills to work while he continues to search for a position in digital marketing.
