Unrivaled Sports is building the nation’s most exciting, community-driven youth sports brand—and we’re looking for a Social & Content Manager who lives and breathes sports culture to join our team.
This is an editorial role with creative muscle: you’ll shape the voice of Unrivaled Sports and our portfolio of brands across platforms, coordinate creator output, and craft an always-on strategy that helps millions of families feel connected to the magic and impact of youth sports.
What You’ll Do
Editorial Leadership & Channel Management: Lead day-to-day management of Unrivaled Sports social channels. Build platform-specific editorial calendars rooted in storytelling, community, and culture, and produce content that brings our brands to life.
Develop A Portfolio Approach: Create toolkits, prompts, content challenges, and recurring formats that drive consistent content from creators, tournaments, teams, and local communities.
Brand Partnerships: Work with brand partners to concept, pitch, and produce co-branded content that aligns with both Unrivaled Sports’ editorial voice and partner objectives.
Creator Leadership: Develop a strong POV on creators for Unrivaled Sports, finding and leading the execution of creator partnerships from briefing to collaborating.
Scaled, On-The-Ground Operations: Manage a network of seasonal interns and content contributors at key tournaments and events. Ensure creators know what to shoot, how to shoot it, and what stories matter most.
Community Engagement: Actively nurture our communities. Reply to comments, amplify standout moments, and surface insights around what’s resonating.
