Summary Statement:

 

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for Resorts World Las Vegas’ nightlife and entertainment portfolio, with an emphasis on driving attendance, revenue, and market share. In addition to nightlife and entertainment marketing, this role will support brand development efforts, ensuring that all campaigns and activations align with and enhance the Resorts World Las Vegas brand.

Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to:

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to maximize attendance and revenue for nightlife venues, concerts, and entertainment programming.
Support brand development by maintaining consistency of messaging, visuals, and positioning across nightlife and entertainment marketing efforts.
Partner with internal teams (Brand, Digital, PR, F&B, Hotel) and external collaborators (artists, promoters, agencies, media) to create compelling campaigns, events, and activations.
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to deliver measurable ROI.
Oversee the creation of digital, social, print, and on-property marketing assets that are on-brand and engaging.
Monitor guest insights, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Cultivate strong relationships with artists, DJs, promoters, influencers, vendors, and media partners to amplify reach and visibility.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to a team of marketing professionals to ensure performance excellence.
Track and report on campaign performance, applying data-driven insights to optimize strategies.

Ability to think critically and strategically, aligning marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives to drive long-term success.
A strong understanding of brand development and management, with the skills to maintain brand consistency, integrity, and resonance in the highly competitive nightlife market.
Understanding of the nightlife and entertainment industry, staying abreast of current trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the market.
Creativity and innovation in developing unique marketing campaigns and experiences that differentiate Resorts World Las Vegas from competitors and captivate the target audience.
Proficiency in planning and executing high-impact events, understanding the nuances of the nightlife industry and leveraging events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, online advertising, and the ability to leverage these platforms effectively to reach and engage target audiences.
Competency in utilizing data analytics tools to measure marketing campaign performance, analyze customer behavior, and make informed decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
The ability to establish and manage strategic partnerships with influencers, artists, and brands, enhancing the overall appeal and reach of nightlife offerings.
Strong financial acumen to develop and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Strong understanding of the Las Vegas nightlife scene and trends.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics.
Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and implement innovative marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Professional, and internet browser software. 
Knowledge of print and print production process.  
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Preferred:

Bachelor’s Degree in in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or relevant field.  
Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting. 
Minimum Education and Experience:

At least 21 years of age.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years nightlife / day life marketing experience within hospitality or a related field.
Minimum one year experience in a supervisor/manger role. 
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
