The primary role and responsibility of this position is to oversee and build the brand, create

emotional connections, and direct/lead the marketing efforts at the restaurant level.

Report on weekly in leadership meetings
Provide Care and Hospitality to our guests
Assist with training Team Members on Care and Hospitality
