LVIMA Members – We bring in ten amazing presenters who also bring in ten amazing giveaways! – and we help you prepare for your busy fall planning season with a close-up preview of the latest media, advertising and marketing technologies.  You get a day out of the office, and we bring on the content and the party to celebrate the brief summer lull before the busy autumn storm.

Our Venue

We are extremely excited to have the Hard Rock Cafe on the Las Vegas Strip as our event host.  Located on Las Vegas Boulevard next to the MGM Grand, the Hard Rock Cafe has a great third story event space that overlooks the Strip.  We will hold our entire program in that space; after our speakers our mixer will begin at 5 in the space.

The Program

• Registration at 12:30 – please come early for check-in as we start promptly at 1:00p.m.!
• Content program from 1p.m.-5p.m.
• Followed by Cocktail reception from 5p.m. to 7p.m.

Parking and Ride Sharing

• Parking instructions – Parking for Hard Rock Cafe is at the Showcase Mall parking garage, adjacent to the venue.  The garage elevator exit  takes attendees to the side street at UA Theaters, where they will walk up to the strip, make a right and enter the Hard Rock Cafe.
• Uber/Lyft options – Drop off/pick up for Hard Rock Cafe are on the side street next to the UA Theater entrance.
