Position Overview

The primary responsibility of the Senior Product Marketing Manager is to draft the product’s go-to-market strategy and lead the strategic planning and tactical execution related to game launches. The Sr Manager – Product Marketing will report to the Director – Marketing and ensure sales and marketing are aligned on what problem the product solves and how to articulate its benefits to the target audience.

All duties are to be performed in accordance with Company and departmental policies, practices, and procedures. All Company Team Members are expected to conduct and carry themselves in a professional manner at all times. Team Members are required to observe the Company’s standards, work requirements and rules of conduct.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product development teams to understand product features, benefits, and the technology behind it.
  • Define the value propositions of the product and develop clear and compelling messaging that resonates with the target audience (our business partners). Outline the benefits of the product features using client-facing messaging.
  • Define and understand the various customer segments that the product targets, and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Use existing brand assets to develop compelling marketing collateral that effectively communicates the selling propositions.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans that include product launch strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
  • Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to grow product adoption, and engagement.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market and competitors.
  • Craft compelling content like blogs, guides, and case studies that attract and educate potential buyers, in close collaboration with the creative department.

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Proof of authorization to work.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Marketing
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license, as required by law or policy.
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience in in the regulated gaming industry. Online gaming background preferred.
  • Tools: WordPress CMS (or similar technology), Office Suite, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Hootsuite
  • Deep understanding of market trends and product lifecycles.
  • Firm grasp of ways to develop strategic product marketing campaigns.
  • Project management skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing relevant information and making informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience in prioritizing tasks and responsibilities across projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact appropriately with management, other Team Members and outside contacts of different backgrounds and levels of experience.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to:

  • Physically access assigned workspace areas with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, and dust.
  • Utilize laptop and standard keyboard to perform essential functions of the job.
