Our client, a leading player in the vaporizer industry, specializing in innovative hardware products is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join their team in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the vaporizer industry, with a passion for innovative products and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.


  • Develop and execute marketing strategies by creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote their vaporizer products, including online and offline campaigns, social media marketing, influencer partnerships, and more.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities for growth. Utilize data and insights to optimize marketing strategies and drive business results.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email newsletters, and advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing, to drive traffic and increase brand awareness.
  • Coordinate and execute promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives to showcase our products and engage with customers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the vaporizer or cannabis industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design tools is a plus.

Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000 + benefits and incentives
