ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Support the marketing team with various administrative duties related to marketing merchandise and promotional programs.
  • Support the marketing team in development and execution of various promotional programs, promotional displays and distribution of marketing collateral.
  • Support the marketing team in coordinating activities associated with all stages of event planning from conceptualization to execution (internal & external).
  • Assist marketing team with various digital marketing initiatives including: Website content, eBlasts, and Social Media.
  • Assist in writing competitive analysis reports and conduct product research for company sales verticals; prime product, rental product support and power products.
  • Assist in content research for both internal and external marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in sourcing Social Media content for organic Social Media execution.
  • Assist in data entry for customer marketing campaigns and sales funnel management.
  • Assist with inventory management of event/customer novelties.
  • Assist in creating event recap reports.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contributor to internal company newsletter.
  • Assist with scheduling and guiding educational tours of facilities.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures and regulations.

  • Deliver Cashman’s “Best Customer Experience” for all internal and external customers on a consistent basis.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Proficient using PC programs; MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT), Adobe PDF and MS Outlook.
  • Commitment to Best CX principals while delivering excellent customer experiences to both internal and external customers.
  • Task master in daily responsibilities with good time management skills.
  • Strict attention to detail regarding data entry or promotional copy review.
  • Capable of developing effective business relationships both internal and external.
  • Effectively participates as part of the team, assisting where appropriate and requesting assistance when needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proof of current enrollment in a two-year or four-year collegiate curriculum focusing studies in business, marketing, advertising, communications or related field desired.
  • Basic level knowledge in marketing principals and digital marketing elements.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative team environment and interact with colleagues throughout all levels of the organization.
