Job Description
- Assist the property Director of Marketing with all administrative tasks needed to successfully accomplish all marketing plans and programs.
- Provide project management functions to ensure tasks of Marketing team members are completed on time.
- Open virtual ticket jobs for marketing programs including advertising, direct marketing creative, promotions, events, digital marketing, data analyses, and more.
- Compile monthly, quarterly and annual key marketing metrics to assist in the performance management of the Marketing department.
- Provide all administrative support functions for the Marketing Department Team Members.

Essential Job Duties
- Assists with the management of department tasks to ensure all are performed properly and on time by all Marketing Department Team Members.
- Escalates issues as necessary to the appropriate Manager or Director for resolution.
- Compile monthly, quarterly and annual key marketing metrics to assist in the performance management of the Marketing department.
- Recommends appropriate improvements to departmental processes to improve efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Opens virtual ticket job requests for marketing programs and activities, monitors their processing, and reports on their status to ensure timely completion.
- Provide administrative support for Marketing Department Team Members. Maintains and updates standard operating procedures for the Marketing department.
- Ensures all signage, digital messaging, and other marketing items are distributed and placed in and removed from their appropriate locations on a timely basis.
- Assist with the gathering of guest photos and signed releases for promotion winners, jackpot winners, etc.
- Assists as requested with the administration, distribution, and response to guest satisfaction feedback and inquiries.
- Performs general administrative office duties, including but not limited to: scheduling meetings, creating agendas, taking minutes, and creating forms and other documents.
- Assist with property promotions, events, and other marketing activities as needed.
- Must be a team player and detail oriented.
