Major Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Build and improve relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners
  • Review firm practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their experience
  • Educate and inform potential clients about the firm’s practice areas
  • Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction
  • Work with internal departments to ensure the firm meets clients’ expectations.
  • Oversee customer relationship management system.
  • Represent the firm at various events in the community
  • Manage firm review platforms (Yelp, Avvo, Google Business)
  • Work cross-functionally with the marketing team and case management teams
  • Manage client review emails, client testimonials, and client welcome gifts
  • Various administrative duties related to the role

Required Competencies

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Extremely well spoken
  • Detail oriented
  • Must be organized and keep up with tight deadlines

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong experience in customer service Familiarity with G-Suite and Apple operating systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in a client-facing role 2+ years experience in customer service
