Working under the direction of the Vice President of Marketing and Brand Strategy, this role will proactively drive the Vegas Chamber’s brand, and online presence. Alongside the Vice President, this role will develop the digital strategy, as well as the digital brand personality. Manage, secure, and evolve the websites and multi-media platforms of the organization, primarily those managed by the Marketing department. Support includes, but is not limited to, targeted content production, security updates, and the creation of new resources aimed to connect the Chamber, its members, and community. The successful candidate will be able to measure return on investment, SEO, and report on Google Analytics.

This individual will be attentive to details and ensure accuracy across all online platforms. Expected to communicate effectively as a liaison between departments and external vendors. Other tasks may include audio/video/image editing/creation, basic coding in web languages, short-form copywriting or proofing of copy being posted online, implementation of content strategies, leading training sessions and the documenting of solutions or best practices. Expected to support and be knowledgeable about a variety of digital tools such as digital asset management systems, marketing automation platforms, new social media capabilities, webinar suites, online ad services and analytics platforms. Expected to problem-solve, assist the Vice President of Marketing and Brand Strategy in developing new digital solutions based on digital metrics to drive results and deliver on requests in a timely and efficient manner with professionalism.



  • Build, develop and implement overall digital marketing strategy
  • Produce, execute, and elevate compelling digital media campaigns and content to elevate the brand personality through member-focused stories and coverage of Chamber events, services, and programs.
  • Provide regular reporting and analytics on digital activities and engagement to drive strategy and conversions
  • Direct and manage digital content and post-production of field producers at Chamber events
  • Recommend and create strategies and methods for increased engagement, impressions, and post link clicks with paid and non-paid strategies
  • Direct and manage the creation of all digital content such as website, blogs, press releases and podcasts, infographics, videos, etc. to elevate the Chamber’s brand
  • Oversees and manages Chamber social media platforms through social media management and optimization platform
  • Increase web and brand presence through SEO strategies
  • Manages and audits Chamber website domains
  • Maintains integrated digital media campaign calendar that encompasses marketing and communications strategic plan elements
  • Manages and traffics advertising placements on all Chamber assets
  • Integrate with sales and membership development teams for member-focused content creation
  • Regularly track and get insights into competitors’ strategies and provide report to supervisor
  • Proactively seek education on latest digital media technologies and trends
  • Manage digital archive
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Public Relations, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least three years’ experience with multi-platform digital marketing tools (Sprout Social preferred)
  • At least three years’ experience with digital metrics and reporting (Google Analytics certified preferred)
  • Working knowledge of backend systems and software such as WordPress or similar web design
  • Experience in public relations, marketing, special events, publicity coordination and social media
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, proofreading and editing skills
  • Photography, videography and video editing skills and experience desired
  • Good organizational capabilities: ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter, multifaceted and highly organized individual with ability to work flexible hours
  • Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations while maintaining a positive attitude
  • High adaptability and fluidity due to changing needs in project management and workload
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure with limited supervision
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work positively and productively with team members, volunteers, and the public
  • Advanced level capabilities in social media scheduling applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Outlook, and database
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere, Asana, and Customer Relations Management (CRM) systems desired Additional qualification in web design or animation desired
  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and full-time use of a vehicle suitable for transporting materials to and from events as required
  • Must be able to lift at least 35 pounds
