As our Influencer Marketing Manager, you’ll be the mastermind behind our partnership marketing strategy and building relationships that turn our partners into our biggest fans. You’ll be the one making sure that every partnership is more than just a handshake – it’s a full-on celebration of innovation and growth! As our Influencer Marketing Manager, you’ll be a data-driven strategist with a flair for creativity and a [big] dash of charm!

What You’ll Do

• Recruit & Conquer: Find and onboard amazing affiliates who align with our brand and share our passion.
• Analyze & Optimize: Dive into performance metrics to identify what’s working and what’s not. Be the data detective we need!
• Create & Collaborate: Work with our creative team to develop eye-catching promotional materials that affiliates can’t resist.
• Nurture Relationships: Keep the communication flowing with affiliates, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.
• Negotiate Like a Pro: Set up commission structures and contracts that benefit everyone involved (while keeping your negotiation skills sharp!).
• Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep an eye on industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure we’re always one step ahead.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience in the wild world of marketing), preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing (bonus points for experience in DTC, e-commerce!).
• A passion for numbers and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills that make you a joy to work with (and easy to negotiate with!).
• A creative mindset and a knack for thinking outside the box.
