We are currently seeking an experienced Director, Digital Media to support our internal media group and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and possess an unwavering commitment to quality and innovation. This position is 100% remote, and salary range will be between $110k – $120k.

Job Description:

The Director, Digital Media is a hands-on strategist with deep digital media experience. This role requires collaboration with external agencies, marketing colleagues and cross-functional teams to deliver creative campaigns, traffic, and revenue. Position requires understanding clients’ marketing goals and objectives and tailoring ROR’s technology to achieve those goals. Through interaction with our digital partners (DSPs, Adobe, Facebook, Google, etc.), our client teams, and our clients, you will have the opportunity to achieve challenging media campaign goals while working with some of the most highly successful businesses in advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing, including search, paid and social media, marketing database, media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Support management of paid search/social campaigns. Create, set-up & execute paid digital marketing campaigns that drive customer purchases and engagement.
  • Collaborate with clients and account/media teams to develop strategies and apply media solutions to overall client objectives and KPIs with primary focus on search campaigns and display marketing
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns across AdWords and digital marketing platforms
  • Analyze online user behavior, conversion data, and customer journeys, funnel analysis, etc. to provide intelligent analysis and action plans
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
  • Participate in Account-Based Marketing activities, strategizing how to build brand awareness at target accounts
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Perform Market and Competitive Research
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Help establish best practices across the enterprise and facilitate knowledge sharing
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed


  • 6+ Years of experience in a digital media role
  • High level of expertise with marketing platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience working within SA360
  • Certifications within Google Search and Meta are a plus
  • Digital marketing experience, especially within the Display, Search, PPC, Mobile, or Affiliate spaces
  • Previous team management experience
  • Excellent business aptitude coupled with a strong marketing background
  • Fitness marketing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills, ability to convey technical aspects to a non-technical audience
  • Strong attention to detail and delivery of high-quality results
