About the Job

This Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing multi-channel communications from onboarding and throughout the customer lifecycle. In addition, this person will be responsible for driving mobile app and online account enrollment, as well as increasing adoption of additional account features and benefits.

Summary Of Essential Job Functions

  • Monitor the performance of welcome and card activation communications
  • Identify opportunities to improve or enhance communications to drive higher engagement levels
  • Manage changes needed to card carriers and provide forecasts
  • Track online/mobile app enrollments
  • Create or adjust communications as needed to support product changes and/or new product launches
  • Manage the creative development process with internal marketing communications team

Position Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills
  • 2+ years’ relevant experience
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams
  • Experience executing marketing campaigns and reading results
  • Ability to identify process improvements
  • Detailed-oriented and highly organized
  • Good presentation skills
  • Experience working with push, SMS, Email, mobile App and web

Preferred Experience

  • Financial Services
  • Salesforce, CRM, and email automation
