Primary Purpose
The Brand Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting brand marketing strategy on property. The Specialist will ensure all activation components are received and placed to maximize impact through floor plan review, evaluating traffic flow patterns and seasonality. The Specialist supports property events and ensures event logistics and marketing components are aligned with the activation plan. All duties are to be performed in accordance with the department and the ARIA/Vdara campus policies, procedures and practices.
Principal Duties And Responsiblities
- Execute marketing activation plans for internal clients, such as Food & Beverage outlets/restaurants, Spa, Attractions, Convention Sales, and Retail; ensures all appropriate marketing components (i.e., signage, videos, emails, marquees, etc.) are in proper rotation.
- Work to deliver all products on-property, organizing all marketing signage and collateral placement; develop floor rotations by evaluating traffic flow patterns, seasonality, special promotions, etc.
- Research marketing trends and develop ways to implement into MGM Resorts International’s business practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising or related field, or equivalent education and experience
- 2 years of experience in a related field
