Job Description

Douglas Elliman is seeking a talented Associate Director of Marketing in Las Vegas to join our Corporate Marketing team and serve as a relentless advocate for our brand and industry-leading collective of agents in Nevada. This position plays a pivotal role in enhancing marketing awareness and performance in the market and driving our real estate portfolio’s success.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing for the Western Region, the Associate Director of Marketing will oversee the daily management of our brand presence and agent marketing experience for Douglas Elliman Nevada. This is a full-time, onsite role based out of our office in Summerlin.

The Associate Director of Marketing will be intimately involved in multiple aspects of the business, with a focus on superior customer service, accountability, and follow-through for the implementation of regional initiatives. The position is heavily focused on brand management, agent retention, and content creation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the brand’s corporate marketing presence in Nevada; from the development of the overarching regional marketing strategy to the execution of the marketing tactics across paid media (online and offline), owned media (social platforms), events, and sales support tools.
  • Day-to-day contact for all Nevada agents, who will look to you for guidance and support to drive business growth or real estate listing promotion. Your role is to ensure all of their real estate marketing needs are being met. This includes liaising with the company’s design team to communicate and coordinate the delivery of projects and all associated materials and other cross-functional colleagues.
  • Serve as a brand guardian.
  • Be proactive in devising new marketing ideas that will help grow and bolster an agent’s portfolio/brand, as well as the Douglas Elliman brand.
  • Oversee Douglas Elliman Nevada’s social media platforms – (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc) distributing content that helps drive awareness, channel growth and increase engagement.
  • Track monthly and quarterly local market trends, translating data into compelling visual for use across all marketing mediums.
  • Identify opportunities and procedures that will enhance the agent marketing experience, whether that be through resources or our marketing offering.
  • Oversee onboarding of all new agents, which includes trainings of Douglas Elliman’s best-in-class marketing programs as well as usage of our proprietary marketing tools.
  • Support in the management and reconciliation of the regional marketing budget.
  • Collaborate with the entire marketing team on diverse, high-impact projects, and contribute where necessary.

Qualifications & Expectations

  • 10+ years of marketing experience with advanced level understanding of the traditional, digital, and social media landscape, and the ability to identify the right tactics across a multitude of marketing channels (print, digital, social, content, direct mail, video, paid media, etc).
  • Ability to establish credibility with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Possess a best-in-class customer service mindset.
  • Highly organized self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and keen eye for quality.
  • Skilled project manager with the ability to simultaneously manage several projects under deadline while balancing the needs of multiple, diverse stakeholders.
  • Become an expert user of all of Douglas Elliman’s proprietary agent marketing tools to support the agent marketing experience.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite programs.
  • Experience with luxury/premium brands or hospitality is a must.
