About the Job

BTV Marketing Group is seeking an Associate Account Director to work closely with our partner services team to help in the day-to-day organization and management of communication, strategies, and deliverables for our client partners.

In this role, you will help execute our campaigns successfully by liaising between the Partner Account Director, Client Partner Contacts, and the BTV Delivery team.


  • Day-to-day interfacing between client partners and the agency
  • Join in-person and virtual calls between the agency and client partner to take notes, provide insight, and ensure critical initiatives across both teams are followed up on
  • Support growing client partners’ businesses by identifying opportunities, presenting to client partner, and gaining client partner approval
  • Provide expertise on clients partners’ businesses and their industries and share this knowledge with execution team members
  • Overseeing client budgets and forecasts
  • Provide follow-ups on the status of deliverables with the execution teams and help manage delivery expectations alongside the Partner Account Director
  • Foresee client problems before they happen and provide insights to the team on how to head them off
  • Ensure client partners are receiving all agreed-upon services – on time and within budget
  • Oversee the quality of all work provided to client partner, ensuring it is staying on brand and within guidelines
  • Foster a productive and empowering working relationship with all team members working on client accounts


  • A bachelor’s in marketing, communication or a related discipline or:
  • 2 year or more of marketing account or project management experience
  • 3 years or more of marketing experience
  • Experience with project management and agency communication tools (ex. Asana, Slack, Google Meet/Zoom, Google Drive tools: Slides, Sheets, etc.)
  • Ability to form insights related to client partner reporting and provide actionable feedback and recommendations to the agency and client partner teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex client partners’ accounts and expertly set client partner and agency team expectations
  • Ability to foresee challenges/issues with client partner accounts before they happen and propose solutions
  • Proven ability to build relationships with internal account team members to create a productive, collaborative work environment for your partner services account teams
