Responsibilities

As a Virtual Tour Marketing Agent, you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standard:

  • Makes outbound calls offering qualified members and owners incentives for participating in a Virtual Vacation Ownership Presentation
  • Maintains an acceptable conversion ratio on total lead sources
  • Maintains familiarity with all Company programs, systems and resorts
  • Remains knowledgeable about every script and incentive being offered
  • Exhibits utmost professionalism when interacting with fellow team members and management as well as owners, members, and prospects

Schedule Details

Monday through Friday position, hours between 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of six (6) months of experience in the telemarketing, customer service, and/or marketing field required.
  • Ability to meet productivity standards.
  • Strong administrative Skills
  • Self-motivated with an inner competitiveness
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
