Description

• Implement property-advertising programs under the direction of the Vice President, Director of Advertising and the property Marketing and Advertising Personnel.
• Responsible for communication and implementation of individual property advertising programs. Coordinates media schedules and media production with Media Planner/Buyers and the creative department.
• Create (job folders) for the Creative Department utilizing both (Advantage & JD Edwards) Advertising Tracking systems.
• Track all work-in-progress from opening through final production and delivery to properties. Responsible for trouble shooting and assisting with any emergency jobs or media problems.
• Organizes all pertinent advertising information for the Creative Department as well as the Media Department.
• Collect any information pertinent the completion of an advertising job or media schedule.
• Meets with properties and or creative department for upcoming projects.
• Collect all promotional information for the Public Relations Department.
• Assist property-advertising personnel in the development of monthly strategic advertising plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of advertising management/account executive experience.
• Team Member should be proficient in the management of advertising budgets, development of advertising plans, and execution of advertising schedules.
